  Danny of Quality West Imports, spent time with us, we didn't feel rushed. I appreciated his knowledge of the product he sells, and willingness to go from one couch to the other as we sat and discussed the various pros and cons of each one. We also discussed mattresses, and I finally had my questions answered about them in general. When I asked about delivery date(s) I couldn't believe my ears when he asked me "how 'bout now?" and we had our mattress shortly after returning home. Since he was the one delivering my wife asked, and he generously consented to seeing our living room and figuring out what would best go here and there, as we most definitely plan to go back to him for those things! There's no 'hype' either, no sales pitches that involve "these are going fast... " just a calm review of needs and available merchandise, and what time frames things can be brought over in the future. His prices are 365 days of the year, and that kind of marketing is one I can understand. The price is right for us and we look forward to dealing more with these folks in the future. We have modest means and we need time to help fit these things into our budget.
