    Excellent service. I purchased a Clarke Fuel tank from MX1, which turned out to be flawed and leaked. Colin (Owner) contacted the manufacturer and had replacement sent right away. The replacement tank presented with the same weak spots the original had. When I made this known to Colin, he contacted the manufacturer and was not impressed with their response, so he provided me with an Acerbis tank (much higher quality, and $50 more than Clarke Tank), at no extra charge. First class service!! Thank you

    Most horrid and horrible customer service from this place. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM SECOND CHANCE OR EVER REFER TO A FRIEND/ honestly I rather go to Canadian tire then have to call your store again. -called to order some oil -was ALERTED how not popular this oil is (even though it is the best for my application by far from my 12 years experience with these engines) -Since they had a case of 12 (of this REALLY SUCKING UNPOPULAR OIL) I offered to buy the case at a better price than the UNIT PRICE/the lady on the phone did not like this request so I was abruptly informed "NO IT IS $## EACH AND THATS EVEN IF YOU BUY THE CASE" -I reply "okay then I guess you want to sit on them" and a quick HUFF PUFF GIGGLE and CLICK! I must admit I am impressed on how LITTLE of a matter made this lady hang up the phone, like seriously... get a hobby, life and people are not THAT BAD. Perhaps you have social issues, but NO CUSTOMER in my business would EVER be treated like this, I am not dumb enough to employ human beings like you to tarnish my image. -I call back, no answer.... and after several rings I have employee #2 (its a guy on the phone this time) answer. When asked to speak to the owner or manager, I was informed "its none of my business... and still we would like to sell you some oil" at this point I hung up the phone with some level of anger, which really didn't mean much because I am not the one losing anything here... there I MANY other people with this oil and better attitudes. -To finish off this low level experience, this #2 employee/the guy called me back to exchange explicit words... something along the exact lines of "I would love to personally come over there and personally shove the oil up your... " yes you get the rest. Sorry my behind is extremely straight and only exits things.. I hope this review $hits all over your business :) -I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AFTER THE CALL BACK I GOT FROM THEM, LIKE WE ARE IN A PHONE FIGHT OR SOMETHING. -I WOULD NEVER RELEASE ANY SHIPPING INFORMATION TO THESE KIND OF PEOPLE. -I CAN GUARANTEE YOU IF THEY TAKE PAYMENT FROM YOU THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE COLD LIKE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW YOU. -BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    Worst customer service ever!!! Hope to avoid any business with them in future!!! I ordered item that wasn't indicated as out of stock. 4 days later after no communication I sent e-mail to MX1 Canada and received response that item is out of stock and order processing will take 7-10 business days. 13 business days later I inquired again as there was no update from MX1 Canada and they informed me that item will be shipped next day. My problem was not that item was out of stock, but that they didn't even bother to tell me that or that it will take longer to process order. Every time when I got response it felt like it was my problem not their. I guess talking to customers about possible delays is not in their style. Certainly wouldn't recommend this store to anybody.
