  I would give the full stars to its sales,helped me got a fancy guitar. But, its academy counselor whose name is Margaret quite sucks! Lacking of the basic skills to arrange lessons and deal with schedules. She personally canceled my classes without any emails reminders and when I asked her she pretended to know nothing about it(factually she called me and told me the class time and she is the person arrange my class every time).And eventually she said she couldn't solve the problem and let me send complaints.And I did complaint,however I haven't got any responses from the issue . Then two days later I received a call from other staff said that my teacher's schedule is entirely full and they couldn't make any lessons for me, but the fact is I did check with my teacher and found out it is not(my previous class time is empty ), they were laying . .. In fact, she just used a excuse to kick off.well, I don't want to force you change your impression of Tom lee though. But if you decide to study at Tom lee, please prepare for the possible upcoming rude services.

  Okay place. Good selection of guitars. When I went in to get a piece of cork that fell of my clarinet and the staff member glued it on with SUPERGLUE. the next day my clarinet piece was stuck to my case and my band teacher has to peel the cork of and apply a new one.

  the store is pretty old until you walk into the piano showroom (showroom is quite a magnificent sight)... selection of piano music is much vaster than tom lee coquitlam... person working at the piano showroom made us feel uncomfortable and we walked out rather quickly
