    This two-story furniture shop consists of spatially well organized, affordable, and "modern" furnishings. Staff is very proactive, but definitely not pushy. All staff seem to want to genuinely help customers and provide useful information. The same nice and genuine attitude is reflected between the staff as well - exchanging jokes and laughs as if they're all friends.

    Great selection of modern unique pieces as well as good quality. All the sofas are super comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has two floors of showroom that gives you great ideas how to decorate and match. Love how the have options to match everything in the bedroom.

    Customer service is beyond terrible! I bought a Queen size bed and at the time of purchase I expressed my concern that my stairs are very narrow but was ensured that it will not be a problem. As a result we paid for delivery and assembly. Come delivery, the frame could not make it upstairs and I was left with no bed, I was told by the delivery guys that I should expect a call from office to get a refund. Next day, no one called so we initiated communication. Sadly, we were told that the delivery charge stands as it was indeed delivered to the house, not their fault in any way. I was rudely told that 'it was delivered YES? so it's not our problem!' After stressing that we had already expressed our concerns at time of purchase and was ensured that it will be fine, she proceeds to tell me that 'it was up to the customer to take measurements'. Yes! I measured the room to make sure the queen bed fits but I was never given measurements of the boxes of the parts the bed come in! After repeatedly asking to speak with someone else who was more willing to offer better customer service, I was cut off. So now I am being charged for something I don't have!! Extremely poor customer service, they show no care for customer satisfaction or retention. Once they take your business, they don't care if you return or not. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE CHARGED EVEN WHEN THINGS DON'T TURN OUT! Be careful!
