  I have purchased several appliances from Mainland. When I had an issue, I received great service and follow up from their Manager, Michael. I would recommend Mainland to others. Good appliances are great, but good service is even better!

  Amazing service! Michael took fantastic care of us. Never once did he feel like a sleazy salesman trying to upsell us- he listened to our needs, mediated us well when my partner and I disagreed over things lol, he knew the products inside out & out and we felt everything he said was honest. Even after the sale, he coordinated things with our contractor, kept in touch with us and even CAME BY OUR HOUSE to drop off parts and check the installation of our beer fridge and coffee machine. Like who does that?! He's always made it clear that if ever there's a problem with an appliance, to call them first and not the manufacturer to get it rectified quicker. Everything he has said he would do, he did. Lastly, Midland offers a cooking night where they show us how to use the steam oven and they cooked us like 8 different meals (for free)! Simply amazing. I've already referred my parents to them as well. You will be well taken care of if you buy here.
