My cat got pneumonia after I sent my cat there for grooming few weeks ago. Showed them X-ray photos, doctor note and all kinds of evidence to prove that I'm not making things up. Very disappointed. They gave no compensation and did not take responsibility for my cat's pneumonia. The store is sold and transferred to a new owner now. I don't know where and how to make my claim. However, definitely not going back again.
