  Beatmerchant is great! And he was open when I got there unlike many of the other shops in Steveston. Frankie is very knowledgeable and has lots of mostly British bands on LP and CD.

  I told my kids who were 5 and 8 before going in that they could each buy a record.... buddy yells at them and says Don’t touch those although they were being respectful. That was the last time I’ve been there and I used to drop 100 bucks a month

  My favorite record shop in the greater Vancouver area. I always enjoy stopping in and chatting with Frankie when I’m in the neighborhood. His knowledge is immense! Bought various CDs and Vinyl here over the years. There’s typically 3 crates or so of punk and metal vinyl at the very back also, if that’s your thing. Worth the trip to Steveston!
