  I went in to ship an item to russia using the 711 canada post office. I asked for the cheapest possible rate. She only gave me one rate which was of 45$. I called ebay & the canada post office to see why the shipping rate is so expensive. After working out the dimensions & weight. It just didnt add up on their end. I went on the canada post office website & used their estimator & it worked out to be 20$. i went back to complain & ship my item @ 20$
