This location is terrible!!! Don't expect any help there. I was literally yelled at and was treated so horrible there. I went in to send a package and was hastily told there are the envelopes and labels. When I asked how do I do this, the man there threw a sample of the packaging at me and said look at this. So I asked another question and he said if you need any help you have to pay $2.00. I was stunned. He said the place was self service. I then asked for a piece of tape and he said that I am expecting too much and that a piece of tape will cost me 50 cents. I said you got to be kidding. I then confronted him and said he did not have to yell or scream and that he can talk to me . He said I was asking for too much and screaming at me. I asked who the owner was and he said it was him. I was shocked again. I said this is how you treat customers? He said could refuse me service and I said don't worry, I am going to another place. I will be calling UPS and telling them that they do not have a good person representing them. He should not even be dealing with people period. I didn't get his name but he looks like he is a middle aged Filipino with glasses. Run if you see him!

UPDATE: the owner followed up with my complaint, acknowledged that there was miscommunication (the staff thought I was dropping off a UPS business shipment) and apologized for the inconvenience. I accepted the apologies and wish the store will improve the procedure in the future. First of all, the staff are very friendly (one extra star to them) and I can see they genuinely wanted to help but couldn't, because the owner forbids them from helping customers to carry parcels. I had three large boxes and the heaviest one was 70lbs, and I parked right outside the door. Even so, the staff weren't allowed to even give me a hand to move the boxes off the car, and could only watch me struggling with sympathy.
