  Terrible techs. They're more than happy to sell you a high-end copier, but when service is needed, they send out people who have no idea what they're doing and constantly bother the customer's IT people to do their work for them. We've run into them many times at multiple sites doing exactly this kind of thing, all the while admitting they don't know what to do next. Why they don't engage the copier manufacturer's support when they're lost is beyond me. They just walk away until it's time to sell more toner or another copier, then they show up in force and push, push, push.
