  Freedom mobile is a challenger to the big three Canadian cellular companies. Coverage is a bit lighter as with any new entrant. Backed by SHAW they now have the money and reach for stores infrastructure improvements. Staff at this kiosk are usually pretty good. The exception being when hot new phones are released and they run a store based waitlist. I have never been called back. Strangely the store staff called me twice when I was having phone comparison question which I guys does a commitment to support. The kiosk can do everything but repair issues and loaner phones.
