Strictly for Auto Department... I've tried purchasing a specific tire in person but was told that they did not have it, contrary to what the website said. I contacted customer support and they just told me to order it online. After doing that, It cancelled itself the following day. I've been trying for days to get a hold of someone and no one picks up or answers the phone (at the automotive desk). It's a relatively inexpensive tire so I feel like they're keeping it on the website to fish people into buying from CT.

Just a terrible store. No one would answer phones in the car repair center. Then I called regular number, no one would answer the phone for the store, so I went to get my RIV inspection and hoped they would help. The manager of the garage will only do it. Canada rules are any mechanic can do it so they sent me away. Also I needed another form if they would have answered the phone I would have known all this before I went in. I will never come back to this location. I do like the brand and will continue to honor the brand but not this store!

Lots of choices to choose from for tools, fishing, drills, and trades work. The staff were really nice for helping me check a car battery and helping me exchanging one. The manager was also very nice with helping my family choose a good net to catch crabs.

I wish I could rate this a zero if I could. This Canadan tire is horrible. I was in need of a job and thankfully I was helped by a family friend of mine who appointed me to the manager. (This family friend of mine has since quit due to problems of the store.) The manager is way too chilled and doesn't event bother to give a proper interview. The interview lasted only FOUR minutes and he was mostly asking me questions unrelated to the work. Thatis not even the worst part. I explained my experiences working in a specific area and I told him my knowledge of cars, mechanical knowledge, and my skills with customers, which is none. He didn't even care and just went on ahead and blindy threw me to the auto-services. I was angry. I wanted to yell at him but I kept my cool. It was the worst 8 hours of working there and I immediately quit after I was finished. I barely got any help and nobody sent someone to supervise my actions. I did get some help and it's sad because the help I got was from great people. The managing and service there is absolutely terrible. Do not apply here for work. The manager won't care and will blindly throw you into whatever. The store is just okay. Not the best service due to shopping here in the past but it's barely managable. Great people but horrible bosses. Never coming back here again.
