  A few months ago I dealt with Clarence - just getting some information on products and services available. I din't end up buying anything, but from dealing with him I was sure to go back when I was ready. Recently the stock stereo in my Kia Rio died, so I decided to get an upgrade. I purchased a Pioneer 4201HEV. I dealt with Jason over the phone explaining what I wanted, and he assured me they could have the deck I wanted in just 2 days - and if I brought my car in it would be done that day. He said my deck would not arrive until late morning but I could drop off my car earlier if I liked. My main concern was that I wanted the reverse camera that is built into the trunk lid to be used - as well as retain all of the use of the steering wheel controls. As I switch between Android and iOS I also needed both USB inputs from the stereo to be available to me as each input is OS dependant. So I dropped my car off at 9am. I wasn't in a rush and told Jason I could leave it for a few days if needed, he said not to worry it will be done that day. Sure enough I received a call after dinner saying I could come down and get my car. While the shop is only open until 6pm, I was able to come and pick it up later than that. And when I did, Jason took the time to come out and sit in my car with me and not only show me what they did - but run me through the major features and connections of the stereo with my phone. My Kia rear camera was working with the new deck, even though it had been a bit of a pain - the techs there were able to get it solved and functioning perfectly. I have another purchase planned - and I won't go anywhere else.

  I've been an audiophile for over 30 years with some pretty decent car audio systems in the mix. I've known about BPG for about 6 or 7 years but never had a chance to work with them until recently. Based on what I had seen and read, it was obvious these guys know their stuff. I tend to plan out my own systems and work closely with the installers to achieve exactly what I want. With BPG, I didn't really need to say much because they do things at a very high level and understood my preferences intuitively. The best gear in the world is nothing without quality installation and I am very pleased with the quality of work performed on my vehicle. Wiring is thoughtfully and meticulously installed. The entire job was buttoned up perfectly. Thank you to Clarence, Jay, Jeff and the rest of the BPG staff for such a great experience.
