  Staff are friendly and know a fair amount about pets, the toys here seem to change up a fair amount and last time i was there they had a lot of clearance stuff to look through!

  Store hours on the website are incorrect for Saturday. Went out there and the doors were locked, with the sign having different hours from the website. The website says 9-9, but the door sign shows 9-6. Sent an email, which their customer service promises to respond to in 24-36 hours. Its been 3 business days and no response. Will not be giving return business to this company, as they clearly do not value their customers' time.

  Ticketed price of item did not match what was rung in at till. Employee refused to correct price at till. I returned item and will never shop at this Bosley's again.
