  ordered a Canon Selphy in store. Promised to deliver in 2 weeks or so. 2 months and 5 trips to the store later, we got our refund. No one seemed to be able to understand the situation, no one was interested to get to the bottom of customer's problems. Every time we went there to ask about our order, they just told us to wait. End up buying from amazon, got it 2 days later.... I still love to buy stuff in person. but this was hugely disappointing
