  Went on the day before Black Friday with my best friend and left with anger. I would rate it a 5 star if I didnt come yesterday. My bestie wanted to buy a fry pan for her boyfriend and didn't know which size to buy. So she wanted to take a picture of two different sized fry pans and let her boyfriend decide. And a grey haired woman (acted like the owner of this store) came to us and rudely stopped us and said no picture in this store. It sounded like she captured us stealing things from her store. We just didn't notice the small signs on the other shelf beside the fry pans when we were taking pictures. Why she were so rude to us? We were customers, not thieves! I tired to explain the reason and apparently she didn't care. If we violated her rules we didn't know, she only needed to tell us “sorry no pictures here" or just showed us the signs. However, she aggressively said that "This is my store and you have to obey my rules. Otherwise I will kick you out!" even after we didn't try to take pictures anymore. She kept staring at us rudely even when we were leaving with anger and disappointment. This is the most unpleasant experience ever! I have been using Zwilling for years and its quality always meets my requests. I even have purchased cookwares twice from this store and the other salespeople never treated me the way she did. The fry pan was on discount, and so did their service. This is literally the black day of mine. You guys all know how terrible the weather was. Her attitude made it worse. The only reason could explain her attitude is that we are Asian girls and she is a racist. I will never go to this store again.
